Otis, I will always remember you as a dear, sweet cousin. I remember that it was about the 7th or 8th grade when I first met you. You came by our house to see my Dad and Mom, since you are his nephew. Dad later told me that you lived in Johnstown, PA. Afterwards, every time you came home to visit with your Mom and other relatives, you always stopped by to see us too. I remember that in December of 1983, I moved to Dayton, Ohio, to seek employment to further my education, I believe you moved back home to care for your Mom. A few years later, I married and moved to Washington, D.C. with my husband. I remember going back to Evergreen, Al and some times I had the opportunity to visit with you, usually you stopped by my parents home. I remember the year after my Mom died, we celebrated my 10th wedding anniversary and you and another gentlemen catered my reception. It was truly amazing! 6 years later, you catered Dad's 75th Birthday Celebration! Because
Virgil and I had returned from vacationing in Kyneton, Australia, we had an Australian and English Tea and Sausage theme. The food was truly awesome!. You always stopped in to see Dad, even going to the hospital and nursing home in Evergreen, AL and the VA nursing home in Tuskegee, AL.. I am forever grateful for your unselfish, true love and support. You are greatly missed but I know that I will see you again at the Resurrection! Waiting for that great day when we will see our Lord and Savior and all of our loved ones. We will be with the LORD and Savior forever!
See you at the Great Coronation when they Crown Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior, KING of Kings and LORD of Lords! God Bless you forever, till we meet again. Amen. Love, your cousin, Brenda Woods-Green
