Mrs. Viola Lovelace Sutton
Viola (Wop) Lovelace Sutton was the fifth of seven children born to Mr. James (Jim) and Katie Bell Mullins Lovelace on March 8, 1932 in her beloved Shady Grove community. Viola passed away peacefully with family in Lithonia, Georgia on December 25, 2022.

In addition to her parents, Viola’s siblings, David James Lovelace, Sr., Leroy Lovelace, John D. Lovelace, Daisy Lovelace Willis, Melvin Lovelace, Sr., and Eugene Lovelace, all preceded her in death.
The Sutton, Brooks, and Peagler families are appreciative of the love and support shown over the years to our family. Your prayers, calls, words, of comfort and support over the years have sustained us through this difficult period of time and on happier occasions throughout the years.
