Ms. Bessie M. Richardson
Sister Bessie Mae Richardson was born on April 8, 1929 to Bessie Lee and Fletcher Bowins Sr. She departed this life on November 30, 2018 at the Century Care Rehabilitation Center in Century, Florida.
She accepted Christ at an early age and joined Greater Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a Deaconess and Member of the Society.
She united in Holy Matrimony with Hulious Lee Richardson Sr. on October 19, 1947. To this union, twelve children were born. She was preceded in death by her husband, and sons: Walter Lee and Hulious Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memories, eight sons: Charles (Nancy) Richardson, Eddie James Richardson, John Calvin Richardson, Wayne (Doris) Richardson, Kenneth Richardson, Lonnie (Loretta) Richardson, of Evergreen, Alabama, Errice (Brenda) Richardson Sr. of Antioch, California, Nathaniel (Yolanda) Richardson of Roseville, California; two daughters: Joyce (Jimmy) Montgomery of Brewton, Alabama, Carrie Lee (Joseph) Bradley of Evergreen, Alabama; 39 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; one sister, Rosie Lee Oliver of Warren, Michigan; one sister-in-law, Evelyn Scott of Pensacola, Florida; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family of the late Bessie Mae Richardson would like to thank each and everyone for your love and kindness. Perhaps you sent a card, called or just thought of us. We love and thank you. Special thanks to the Century Care Rehabilitation Center and Staff, Emerald Coast Hospice, Dr. Elder, Dr. Pardue, Jay Hospital and Staff, and Georgia Agriat, for the loving care you provided to our love one.
