Ms. Felicia A. Stallworth
Felecia Ann Stallworth (Lisa) born on September 3, 1963, in Evergreen, Alabama to Mary Lena Stallworth. She departed this life on April 26, 2018 at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.
Felecia was preceded in death by her mother; and her father, Booker T. Straughn. At an early age Felecia confessed her love for Christ and served as a faithful member of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Evergreen, Alabama.
Felecia was educated in the Evergreen City Schools District. She graduated from Evergreen High School in May of 1981.
After high school, she furthered her education by attending Alabama State University, located in Montgomery, Alabama. In August of 1985, she fulfilled her educational goal by graduating from her beloved Alma Mater with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Education.
During her professional career, she was able to display her administrative expertise as an employee of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, the Escambia County Department of Corrections, Jefferson-Smurfit Corporation, and the Alabama State Department of Health, from which she retired in 2014.
Throughout her life, Felecia was a sincere, caring woman who was filled with laughter and joy. She never met a stranger and she lived a life of service to others. She was a faithful daughter, sister, friend, cousin, and employee. Felecia was loved by many and considered a bright ray of sunshine in our often dark world.
She leaves to cherish her memory, one aunt, Mrs. Eddie Stallworth-Charley; an elder cousin, Mrs. Ida Bradley, both of Evergreen, Alabama; one sister, Janie Anderson; one nephew, Josiah Anderson; one niece, Kassidy Anderson, all of Fort Knox, Kentucky; special friends: Rita Knight, Ruth Collins, Willie Skipper, and Darlene Allen; devoted cousins: Joseph Bradley and Jannie Bradley Likely; and a host of loving family, friends, community members, and classmates.
The family of the late FELECIA ANN STALLWORTH extend our sincerest thanks to each and every one for each act of kindness, love, and support, shown during our hour of sorrow. We appreciate everything that you did to lessen our grief. May God continue to bless each and every one of you is our prayer.
